Below are the countries where the use of our Global66 Smart Card is restricted:

Barbados, Bielorrusia, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Camerún, Congo, Corea del Norte, Croacia, Cuba, Gibraltar, Haití, Irán, Kazajistán, Luhansk de Ucrania, Libia, Malí, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Palestina, Región de Crimea, Rusia, Senegal, Sudáfrica, Sudán, Sudán del Sur, Tanzania, Ucrania, Uganda, Vietnam, Yemen, Zaporiyia de Ucrania.

How can I make purchases with my Global66 Smart Card?

1. Enter your card details to make the payment.

2. Confirm the transaction with the code that will be sent to your registered phone number.

3. Done! Your purchase will be completed and the amount debited from your Global Account.

2. Enter your card details to complete the payment.

3. Confirm the transaction using the code sent to your registered phone number.

4. Done! Your purchase will be completed and the amount debited from your Global Account.

IMPORTANT:

. Ensure the website is trustworthy. Once a purchase is made, any rejection or refund can only be handled by the merchant.

. If you wish to pay in a currency not listed, it will be debited from your main balance (CLP, PEN, or COP).

. Some merchants do not have the prepaid payment gateway enabled; in these cases, you will not be able to use your Global66 Smart Card.

. Request a receipt or invoice. Keep your proof of purchase in case of any issues.

. You can make up to 11 online purchases per day and 60 per month.

1. At the store, pay by contactless payment or by inserting your card into the device.

2. Chip card payments will require you to enter your PIN.

3. Done! Your purchase is complete!

IMPORTANT:

. You can pay in over 70 countries using your Smart Card.

. The PIN entered must be the one created for your Smart Card, not the one for your Global Account.

How do I view my Smart Card data?

1. To view your Smart Card details, go to the cards section of your app.

2. Click on “View details”.

3. Confirm your PIN and the details will be displayed for 60 seconds.
